I am so honored that this gorgeous woman let me spend the evening taking pictures of her! Jeri is one of the sweetest, brightest and most down to earth woman I have met!! She always has a big bright smile on her face and is always full of compliments, happiness and joy for others!! She is a natural in front of the camera, all I had to do was be ready to capture all the beautiful shots she was giving me!! Oh and did I mention she is also a photographer!!! It was so much fun talking shop with her!

Called To Serve || Washington Portrait Photographer

Meet two of the sweetest Sister Missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints that I know in our area right now!! 

Sister Hill and Sister Halford were curious about what I do as a photographer so we decided to spend a couple of hours on a beautiful day at a beautiful park taking pictures and learning from each other! The spirit these two have and the love they have for our savior Jesus Christ is amazing! We were meeting new people, talking about the gospel and were non-stop smiling! 

I have so much love and respect for the men and women who serve missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints all around the world. These young men and women take a year and a half to two years out of their lives to  serve a greater propose of sharing, serving and spreading the joy of our savior Jesus Christ. If you ever see a missionary walking around stop them and listen to what they have to say! You wont regret it!!!

Prom Day with Amanda & Hunter || Washington Photographer

I met both Amanda and Hunter for the first time at this photo shoot and was blown away at how happy and fun they both are. These two are so sweet together! There were jokes, smiles and lots of laughter through this photo shoot as I took them up and down the stairs and into the "hidden woods" nearby!

This session was so dreamy. Amanda was gorgeous and the dress she picked complimented her perfectly! Hunter was a stud with his matching flower and light pink accessories! Capturing the details of their outfits was my favorite because sometimes the details get overlooked and it's always fun to remember the details of a special occasion! This first photo makes me smile because it was taken after taking pictures of Amanda's gorgeous shoes, Hunter was jokingly saying that he was starting to feel left out so I not so jokingly said hop in!! After a little hesitation he jumped right in and had a blast showing off his handsome shoes and socks! :)

These two were such a treat to work with! I loved every minute! I have no doubt that their prom night was filled with lots of laughter and many fun memories!!
